BREAKFAST BURRITO'S

Spice up your breakfast routine with this great potato replacement!

YIELDS: 5-6 burritos

INGREDIENTS

​

  • 1 package of AFC Cajun barley couscous, or another favorite flavor

  • 1/2 pound sausage, bacon, or other favorite breakfast meat, cooked and crumbled

  • 4-6 eggs, scrambled

  • 5-6 tortilla wraps

​

TOPPINGS

  • salsa

  • avocado

  • jalapenos

  • shredded cheese

​

DIRECTIONS

​

  1. Cook up barley couscous according to package directions.

  2. Mix in cooked meat and eggs.

  3. Assemble burritos with your favorite toppings.

  4. Enjoy!

This is a great way to use up leftover couscous too!
