Spice up your breakfast routine with this great potato replacement!
YIELDS: 5-6 burritos

INGREDIENTS

1 package of AFC Cajun barley couscous, or another favorite flavor
-
1/2 pound sausage, bacon, or other favorite breakfast meat, cooked and crumbled
-
4-6 eggs, scrambled
-
5-6 tortilla wraps
​
TOPPINGS
-
salsa
-
avocado
-
jalapenos
-
shredded cheese
​
DIRECTIONS
​

Cook up barley couscous according to package directions.

Mix in cooked meat and eggs.

Assemble burritos with your favorite toppings.

Enjoy!
