BARLEY TACO SOUP

This recipe is a great one for cool evenings. 

YIELDS: 8-10 servings

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 can black beans, drained

  • 1 can red beans, drained

  • 1 can kidney beans, drained

  • 1 can corn, drained (you can use frozen)

  • 1 can green beans, drained

  • 2 cans tomato sauce

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes

  • 2 -3 cans chicken (or 1 recipe Barley Couscous Taco Meat)

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 packet taco seasoning 

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large stockpot. Heat through. Enjoy!
